CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests must be in writing and postmarked by October 9, 2025 to receive a full refund (less a $25 processing fee). No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2025 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. A co-worker may attend in place of a registered attendee at no additional cost, via a submission in writing to conference headquarters postmarked October 15, 2025 and received by October 30, 2025.
Media Policy: By registering for the conference, you agree that your image/voice recording may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, web sites, social media, live-streaming, webcasts and other marketing and educational purposes for SIETAR USA.
If you would like to pay by check, we must receive payment within 10 business days or your registration may be cancelled. Please make your check payable to SIETAR USA and send payment with a copy of your registration confirmation to:
