Sponsorship is an opportunity to showcase your organization and gain recognition as a supporter of intercultural education, training, and research. Placing an Advertisement in our conference program as well as in our conference app, provides your organization with the opportunity to reach a diverse audience of intercultural and diversity professionals and students.

Publicity in the conference program, a link on SIETAR USA's website, and recognition at events will ensure a truly memorable opportunity to make clients, colleagues, and the intercultural community aware of your own organization and its mission. Exhibitor Information

Why exhibit at the SIETAR USA Conference?


By exhibiting at the SIETAR USA conference, you will receive the following benefits:

  1. The opportunity to reach an audience of 200+ diverse specialists in the field of intercultural communication, training, research, DEI and consulting within a three-day period. Our conference participants range from professionals to students who travel, read, use, design, and purchase products and services such as yours.
  2. An opportunity to highlight your products and services in the special Exhibitors Display area at the conference.
  3. Acknowledgement in our Conference Program, with a brief description of your products or services, along with contact information for your organization.
  4. Recognition on our conference website with links to your site in order to provide early exhibitors' information to conference participants. The earlier you register with us, the sooner we can create this link to your organization. Click here for your 2022 Conference Commitment Form.
  5. A combined opportunity to offer your products and services with attending the conference and networking with the conference participants.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL attending exhibitors/staff members MUST be registered for the conference. This supports our efforts to ensure the security and safety of all conference attendees, and allows SIETAR USA to provide the hotel with accurate counts for food & beverage at on-site events during the conference.

Schedule

The exhibit area will be open to conference participants as follows:

Friday, November 4: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Saturday, November 5: 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Sunday, November 6: 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Setup/Teardown

The exhibit area will be accessible to exhibitors for setup: Thursday, November 3 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm.

If at all possible, exhibits should be ready for display by 9:00 am, Friday, November 4.

Exhibit teardown and removal of materials can begin at 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 6.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for the conference attendees and the safety of all conference participants, please DO NOT undertake exhibit teardown/removal during any breaks. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Shipping guidelines will be provided to all exhibitors once registration is completed.

Insurance

Exhibitors at the SIETAR USA conference are required to provide both workers' insurance for their employees or representatives and general liability insurance. Neither the Hilton Omaha nor SIETAR USA will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or property, no matter the cause. In addition, the exhibitor must assume responsibility for damages to the Hilton Omaha, and indemnify or hold harmless from liability that might ensue from any cause whatsoever, including accidents, or injuries to exhibitors, their representatives, or employees. The exhibitor must also assume responsibility for any accident, injury, or property damage to any person viewing his/her exhibit where such accident, injury, or property damage is caused by the negligence of the exhibitor, his or her representatives, or employees.

Booth Attendant

Due to the high value of some exhibits, it is not possible for SIETAR USA to insure exhibitors' equipment against loss, theft, damage, and breakage. In their own interest and for security purposes, exhibitors shall keep an attendant at their booth during all exhibit hours. There can be a maximum of two people who are not registered conference participants as Exhibitor Personnel for each booth, in addition to any number of registered participants affiliated with each booth. All Exhibitor Personnel will be issued conference identification at the Registration Table. Exhibitor Personnel are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. An Opportunity to Advertise Your Products and Services

Even if you're not able to participate in person at this year's conference, advertising in the conference program is a great opportunity to reach out to current and potential customers in the fields of intercultural communication and DEI work. This is an effective way to reach this audience as advertisements are spread throughout the program, and can be a great visual reminder for attendees of products and services they wish to seek out.

The conference program will be printed in black & white. For the best results, please observe the following technical specifications when submitting your ad:

  • .jpg or .png - minimum 300 dpi, preferred at 100% of ad size
  • .pdf - press optimized with fonts/images embedded, preferred at 100% of ad size
  • Black & white or grayscale only
  • Images/logos pulled from websites are typically low resolution and not suitable for printing
