An exciting opportunity to use management skills in a higher education nonprofit dedicated to fostering education for social justice. The Director of Operations is a position that supports the ongoing growth and development of the organization with lead responsibility for internal operations and financial planning.

The position oversees a range of internal organizational operations, including financial systems and budgeting, contracts, membership services, human resources, and information systems. The Director of Operations reports to the Executive Director and works very closely with the Director of Programs. Assists the Executive Director in management functions, acts in the Executive Director's absence, and staffs board-level committees. Supervises professional staff, providing leadership in key support areas, including office management.
