Cross-Cultural Training facilitators will be responsible for delivering in-person, and web-based training sessions to employees of Shepell’s corporate clients. They will provide participants with a framework for understanding cultural concepts, which will assist them in developing the concrete tools necessary to be cross-culturally competent and effective in any culture they venture into for either business or personal objectives.

Facilitators must demonstrate superior communication, presentation and questioning skills and respond effectively to learners’ needs for clarification and feedback. They will also provide positive reinforcement and help motivate learners, adapting instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.
