Contrary to popular belief global, multilingual and multicultural experiences often aren’t seen in the workplace as strengths and can be undervalued or perceived negatively. This webinar, presented by Judy Conibear Tangredi on November 13, 2018 shared research and behavioral strategies for understanding how effective global leadership and intercultural skills of multicultural and globally mobile individuals can be translated into effective practice in professional settings. During this webinar, participants:
Learned some common globally developed strengths and how they can be undervalued or have negative effects
Understood how negative perceptions can limit individual personal and professional potential
Heard effective real-world career examples from the research and experiences of globally mobile individuals, adult Third Culture Kids (TCK) and adult Cross-Cultural Kids (CCK).
Participants took away behavioral descriptions, ideas and strategies to implement with clients and in the workplace that can translate multicultural and global knowledge, skills, and attitudes into positive impact.
