Fees & Information

Full Conference registration includes the opening reception, coffee breaks, Friday morning breakfast, and all lunches. The Gala Dinner and Dance ticket is $45.00 for members. Guest tickets are $55.00. The 1-Day Registration includes the chosen day's coffee break and lunch with the option to purchase the Gala Dinner and Dance event.

Student rates and 1-Day Registration rates do not change with the Early Bird deadline.

Please note that all individuals registering as a SIETAR USA member will be checked against the member list for verification. “Member” is defined as a dues paying member of SIETAR USA. Fully paid members of national and regional SIETARs in other countries are also eligible for the member rate with proof of membership.

There is discount of $15 for taking 2 half-day workshops. Two half-day workshops cost $215.
There is a fee of $50 for workshop registration with no conference registration ($20 for students).

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests must be in writing and postmarked by October 8, 2019 to receive a full refund (less a $25 processing fee). No refunds will be granted after October 8, 2019 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference. A co-worker may attend in place of a registered attendee at no additional cost, via a submission in writing to conference headquarters, received by SIETAR USA no later than October 8, 2019 (for a $25 processing fee).
