Schedule

The exhibit area will be open to conference participants as follows:
Wednesday, October 30 - 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursday, October 31 - 8:30am to 6:30pm
Friday, November 1- 8:30am to 6:30pm
Saturday, November 2 - 8:30am to 2:00pm

Setup

The exhibit area will be accessible to exhibitors for setup on Wednesday, October 30 from 1:00 - 5:00pm pm. Exhibit must be ready for display by 5:00pm, Wednesday, October 30. Materials can be removed between 2:00 - 3:30pm, Saturday, November 2. For the security of exhibit material a locked room will be available overnight during the conference. Space in the locked room is limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Shipping guidelines will be provided to all exhibitors once registration is completed.

Insurance

Exhibitors at the SIETAR USA conference are required to provide both workers' insurance for their employees or representatives and general liability insurance. Neither the Marriott Gateway Airport nor SIETAR USA will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or property, no matter the cause. In addition, the exhibitor must assume responsibility for damages to the The Marriott Gateway Airport property, and indemnify or hold harmless from liability that might ensue from any cause whatsoever, including accidents, or injuries to exhibitors, their representatives, or employees. The exhibitor must also assume responsibility for any accident, injury, or property damage to any person viewing his/her exhibit where such accident, injury, or property damage is caused by the negligence of the exhibitor, his or her representatives, or employees.

Booth Attendant

Due to the high value of some exhibits, it is not possible for SIETAR USA to insure exhibitors' equipment against loss, theft, damage, and breakage. In their own interest and for security purposes, exhibitors shall keep an attendant at their booth during all exhibit hours. There can be a maximum of two people who are not registered conference participants as Exhibitor Personnel for each booth, in addition to any number of registered participants affiliated with each booth. All Exhibitor Personnel will be issued conference identification at the Registration Table. Exhibitor Personnel are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
