2021 Fees & Information

Things to know about your 2021 Conference registration:

Full Conference registration includes: the opening reception, coffee breaks, morning breakfast, and all lunches.

The One Day Conference Pass includes: coffee break and lunch for that day, with an option to purchase a ticket for the Gala Dinner / Dance event.

There is no Early Bird rate available for the One Day Pass or Student registration. 

Master Workshop(s) registration is in addition to your conference registration fee.

Gala Dinner / Dance tickets are available for an additional fee of $40.00 per member; $50 per guest.

Please note that all current SIETAR USA members will receive a member discount code and be checked against the membership list for verification. (“Member” is defined as a dues paying member of SIETAR USA.) Fully paid members of national and regional SIETARs in other countries are also eligible for the member rate with proof of membership. There is no 'Local Groups' discount.

Additional Fees

Master Workshops

Master Workshops are held on Friday, October 8, with 3 scheduled from 8:00am-12:00pm, and 4 scheduled for 1:00pm -5:00pm. Click here for workshop details: 2021 Master Workshops.

Master Workshops are NOT included in the conference registration fee (see the Conference Fee table above).

Special Events

The Conference Grand Opening & Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee for conference attendees; a guest may attend this event for no charge.

The Gala Dinner & Awards Celebration is NOT included in the conference registration fee. Tickets are available at a separate cost of $40/per member, $50/per non-member or guest.

2021 Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests must be in writing and postmarked by October 8, 2021 to receive a full refund (less a $25 processing fee). No refunds will be granted after October 8, 2021 or for registrants who fail to attend the conference.

Your paid registration is transferrable if necssary: a co-worker may attend in place of a registered attendee at no additional cost, provided written notice is submitted to SIETAR USA no later than October 8, 2021 NOTE: A $25 processing fee for registration transfer will apply.
